1. Request an Estimate for your USB pen drives


You can request an estimate directly online by filling out the website form or via telephone. You will receive a detailed offer, which will take into consideration all requested characteristics. If required, we can send you non-functioning samples at no charge so you can see exactly what your order is like. Our sales office is available to answer any questions you may have, provide recommendations and meet your needs.
2. Creation of a Virtual Sample

We will create a virtual sample, which we call the Visual, according to your specific requests, positioning the logo on the selected model and specifying the pantone colours to print. Once you have received this sample, and thus have a clearer idea of your customised product, you can approve it or request any changes you consider necessary and additional information if needed.
3. Order Confirmation

4. Production and customisation

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed by our Sales Office and then sent to our production facilities, where the Italian staff will explain how your products should be produced, customised and packaged. Only following a careful control of the first sample will the launch of production be definitively confirmed.
5. Quality Control


Once they are carefully assembled and customised, the memory sticks are checked by our quality control staff and then inspected by SGS, the international certified agency that performs quality controls, ensuring you complete reliability both in the operation and the external appearance of each item.
6. Shipment


Once quality checks have been completed the memory sticks are carefully packaged for shipment. When they arrive at our offices the flash drives will undergo a final check and are then immediately shipped to you. As soon as the package leaves our offices we will send the relative shipment tracking number to you via email so you can monitor the status of your package.
