Our minimum order starts at just 50 items for most of the models available in our catalogue. Starting with this small quantity, we’ll customise your USB flash drives with your logo, website, an image or a photo. We’ll preload your data into the memory, creating an item that expresses your identity to the recipient.
Delivery times: reduced to the minimum

 

Production, customisation and delivery of customised pendrives takes about 5 days following order confirmation for most of the models available in the catalogue. These are standard times, but for special needs or urgent requests we can offer faster delivery as our products are always available in the priority warehouse and can be customised in just 2 days.
Quality control: guaranteed by international standards

 

All USB flash drives are manufactured in Shenzhen: from chip assembly to body customisation and the final control of all products. Each step is constantly monitored by qualified staff and the SGS, which we rely on for meticulous quality checks. All memories are checked three times prior to arriving at our warehouse, where they are then subjected to a final stringent control.

We are registered with the WEEE council and all our products are CE, FCC (required in the USA) and RoHS certified; all our suppliers hold ISO 9001 certification. We are also certified by SGS, an international agency that performs direct quality controls on our products during all production phases. In 2009 Maikii signed an agreement with SGS for the continuous monitoring of USB flash drive production processes, further proof of Maikii’s commitment to quality.

We have so much confidence in the quality of our products that we offer an international lifetime warranty on all items; this means that if a flash memory malfunctions we will quickly replace it at no charge. We offer what we call a “Warehouse Warranty” and keep several extra models of your customised USB flash drives. This enables us to ship you a new USB flash drive within 24 hours.
