1. Request an Estimate
You can ask for an estimate by using the website form, or by telephone. We’ll reply by email with a personalised estimate, and you can ask us to send you non-functional samples so you can appreciate the exact look and feel of what you’ve chosen. Our sales office is available to answer any questions you may have, to advise you on the best choice and to discuss your needs.
1. Production and personalisation
Once your order is received by our office it goes straight to our production facilities, where our Italian staff will explain how your USB flash drives will be made, personalised and packaged before going ahead with production.
2. The Visual Layout
We will make a visual layout tailored to your requirements, positioning your logo on the selected model with Pantone indications of the print colours. Once you receive the visual layout via email and so have a clearer idea of your personalised product, you can approve it or request any changes you consider necessary.
2. Quality Control
After being carefully assembled and personalised, your USB flash drives are checked by our staff and then also by SGS, the international certified agency that conducts quality checks to guarantee you total reliability.
3. Order Confirmation and Work Confirmation
Once you’ve approved the visual layout, we’ll send the order confirmation and the work confirmation to summarise everything: model chosen, colour, quantity, price and memory capacity. All you have to do is sign it and return it to us via email or fax. At this point you can consider your order completed! The only thing left for you to do is wait for your personalised USB flash drives to arrive!
3. Shipping
Once the quality checks are completed the USB flash drives are carefully packaged for shipping. When they arrive at our offices the drives are subjected to a final check and are then immediately sent to you. As soon as the package leaves our office you’ll be advised via mail, and you’ll have the tracking number of your shipment so you can monitor its status.
